Ja portem uns dies d'aquest 2013 i un dels meus propòsits per aquest any és començar a escriure el blog també amb anglès. Al mateix temps que practico l'idioma puc fer que el meu blog sigui també més llegit. I amb aquest Stollen vam donar la benvinguda al nou any. És un dolç perfecte per acompanyar una tarda freda d'hivern.

It has been a few days that the New Year has started, but one of my New Year resolution for this 2013, is start to write my blog in English. So at the same time that I practice English, my blog could be read by more people. And with this Stollen we welcomed the New Year. It's a perfect cake to share in a cold winter afternoon.
